First Thursday Artist Meeting

January’s First Thursday Artist Meeting
It was decided to invite a Coventry Biennial Curator to join us for the January meeting to tell us a little about the themes and development of the Biennial in the City of Culturre year.

At the December First Thursday we enjoyed hearing updates from everyone on their current work and interests and we were delighted to have a few new faces in the crowd. We also discussed the contents of the latest newsletter to Artspace Artist Listing Artists, especially the call out for Mid Winter images (Artspace Trustee Mandip Singh Seehra has shared the image above to get the ball rolling). We were also very impressed by Tara and Lauryn’s excellent decorations and one or two other seasonal offerings – Mindy’s sparkly tiara was singled out for particular praise!
