We are seeking new trustees to join our Board and help guide the organisation through this next stage of growth.

The role of Trustee
Trustees play a crucial role in setting our strategic direction, overseeing good governance and ensuring the organisation delivers on its mission and values. As a trustee you will:
- Contribute to the development and oversight of our strategic plans, particularly as we look for relocation in 2026.
- Support and challenge the organisation as a constructive critical friend.
- Ensure we meet our legal and financial responsibilities as a charity.
- Advocate for Coventry Artspace and help strengthen our profile and partnerships.
- Bring your expertise, lived experience and networks to support our next phase of growth.
This is a voluntary role, with reasonable expenses reimbursed. The Board typically meets 4 times a year, with additional sub-group or occasional away-day commitments.
